This expansion of production capacity and technical service signifies a critical evolution in Harbermetal’s ability to meet global supply chain demands. By integrating advanced sintering technology and on-site engineering support, the company reinforces its position as a vital partner for OEMs requiring rapid, high-precision, and cost-effective metal components.
Harbermetal, a premier manufacturer of precision metal components, is set to exhibit at PM CHINA 2027, held from March 24 to 26 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Visitors are invited to Booth D47 to explore an expansive portfolio of custom Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and powder metallurgy solutions designed for the automotive, aerospace, medical, and electronics industries.
A major highlight of this year's showcase is the integration of newly installed, imported Shimadzu sintering furnaces. This significant infrastructure upgrade has bolstered Harbermetal’s production capacity, effectively reducing client lead times from 35 days to just 25 days. By enhancing manufacturing throughput and precision, the company continues to set new benchmarks for efficiency in the global sintered components market.
Beyond product displays, the Harbermetal engineering team will provide on-site Design for Manufacturability (DFM) consultations. Attendees are encouraged to bring 2D or 3D drawings to discuss material selection, process optimization, and complex component challenges. This collaborative approach ensures that global partners receive expert guidance on achieving superior yield rates and cost-effective, high-volume production for their specific industrial applications.
